Why We Started MedInstant
It all started in 2023 when Ms. Swikriti, the Founder, battled with a gut issue that required her to make regular hospital visits to take injections regularly. Complex processes, long queues, delayed services made the experience burdensome. Meanwhile, the Co-founder Mr. Hemant also faced a serious health concern that compelled him to take daily IV treatments costing him a hefty amount for some basic care at a hospital.
These challenging personal experiences inspired both to ask:
